INVESTMENT ORIGINATION
Our active presence in the Ugandan real estate market coupled with years of experience in the industry gives us an advantage when it comes to identifying investable properties. Through thourough feasibility studies, we develop a business case for each investment, to justify allocation of capital with the promise of the highest returns possible. With connections to various players in the industry like brokers, developers and property owners, we are able to source investment opportunities on deals, including off-market properties.
